This is a report produced by mining engineer Colin Campbell and presented to David Tobias of Triton on August 22, 1967.

It provides an overview of diggings to date, details of the current operations taking place in 1967 and recommendations for future attempts. It provides a fascinating insight into the state of Oak Island during the 1960’s through the observations of someone who was lucky enough to witness excavations.
