Frederick Blair (1867-1951) was involved in excavating Oak Island for over sixty years.
The following documents are taken from his collection, including his own personal notes and communications with Oak Island author R.V. Harris. They provide a fascinating insight into his relationship with Hedden, his attitude to Oak Island during the war years and also analysis undertaken on the fragment of parchment recovered from the drill bit after low level boring.
